 well equipped  workshop we have the expertise to rebuild and repair your
 crushers and screens. 

 Fabrication

 GCS have the facilities to fabricate parts and equipment including 
 screens, conveyor equipment, feeders and chutes.

Plant Design &
 Construction

 GCS have outstanding plant design professionals who can design a new
 plant or modify your current design to improve production  and streamline
 your crushing and screening operations.

 This process starts with a plant layout and Agg Flow . Conceptual drawings
 are then done utilising 3D modelling software; these conceptual drawings
 can be modified over the phone whilst talking with the customer. Once the
 conceptual drawings are approved

 Full engineering drawings are then created utilising AutoCad & Solid Works.

 Installation and commisioning services are available.

 
On-Site Service

 Our maintenance crews are fully prepared with the knowledge and tools to
 assist with all on site needs from liner change outs to refurbishments.
 Crews are based at our Sydney and Brisbane offices.
 On-site training in general crusher maintenance can be provided to your staff.
